They will be able to work alongside and support an inpatient multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective, person centred care aimed at maintaining independence and personhood. They will have excellent communication skills and have a passion for innovation and problem solving. Oak ward are looking for someone who takes pride in their role, has a passion for improving systems and ways of working in a collaborative approach. The ward is a 29 bedded unit. The patients range in age and vary in need from rehabilitation to complex discharge planning. The ward has a friendly team who have a passion for providing excellent care for their service users. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
