About the role
As an eLearning Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and accessible digital learning experiences that meet a broad range of business needs. Your work will span across various subject areas including induction, compliance, ED&I, ESG, behavioural skills, and systems training. You will apply instructional design methodologies, to ensure content is learner-centred, effective, and aligned with organisational goals.
You will use tools such as Elucidat and Vyond to design and develop interactive eLearning modules. With an understanding of learning styles such as VARK and Honey & Mumford, you will create inclusive content that caters to diverse audiences. Visual design principles and accessibility standards will also guide your work, ensuring every learner has a seamless and engaging experience.
A key aspect of this role involves maintaining and optimising the Learning Platform, ensuring content is up to date, SCORM compliant, and functioning properly. You’ll be expected to manage the end to end learner journey, from development to deployment and support continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to ensure content remains accurate and relevant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team committed to driving learning innovation and inclusivity across the organisation.
What matters most in this role

You must be confident in applying instructional design models and learning theory, and able to adapt content for a variety of learning styles and needs. A focus on inclusivity, accessibility, and user experience will be at the heart of everything you create.
Equally important is your attention to detail and ability to manage the learning platform effectively. You’ll be expected to troubleshoot issues, manage content uploads, and analyse learner data to improve future courses.
