Location: Leeds Hybrid x2 a week

The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Designer who’s equal parts visionary and craftsperson. You’ll be the creative force behind campaigns that define our brand across 11 European markets. If you thrive on turning complex briefs into compelling visual stories—and love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
* Lead creative projects from concept to delivery across brand, digital, and campaign work.
* Collaborate with writers, UX specialists, freelancers, and agencies to create seamless, customer-led experiences.
* Champion and evolve our brand guidelines—knowing when to stick to the rules and when to push boundaries.
* Present your ideas with confidence and clarity to stakeholders across the business.
* Help shape the creative culture of our studio, inspiring others with your ideas and energy.
What You Bring
* A portfolio that shows off your brand-building skills, love of craft, and digital-first thinking.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a sharp eye for typography, layout, and design systems.
* Experience in both agency and in-house environments (a plus, not a must).
* A strategic mindset with the ability to think big and execute brilliantly.
* Confidence in managing projects, taking briefs, and presenting to stakeholders.
* A passion for staying ahead of design and cultural trends.
