Job Title: Application Support

Cooper Lomaz is collaborating with a successful business in Bury St Edmunds, and we are actively seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a software or application support environment, demonstrating proficiency in translating technical language for non-technical clients. This role involves working with the in-house bespoke systems.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line Application Support in a client-facing capacity.
2. Triage inbound tickets to identify training issues or technical faults.
3. Train and support end users on the product, creating and delivering a comprehensive user guide.
4. Utilise outstanding customer service skills, ensuring clear communication both in writing and verbally.
Desired Qualifications:
5. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a software or application support environment.
6. Experience on a service desk, including triaging tickets and delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Proficient in working with Office 365.
8. Proven experience with CRMs and SQL.
