Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join their Sales/Customer Liaison team. They distribute electrical and electronic products so any prior knowledge is advantageous but by no means essential as training will be provided and attitude towards customer satisfaction is the most important. Working in an office-based role, the candidate must have the ability to advise, follow up and complete sales interactions with our customer base and identify opportunities for them along the way.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver great customer service.
* Assist in the generation of accurate and competitive sales quotations to meet the customers requirements.
* Help to build close relations with customers and suppliers.
Skill requirements include:
* Knowledge of some technical products is an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate.
* Previous sales/account management ideally with an Industrial clientbase.
* Excellent communication & organisational skills.
* Good IT skills are essential.
