As this continues to expand, there will be genuine opportunities to take on increased responsibility and contribute to the strategic development of the studio. Key Responsibilities: - Lead landscape and garden design projects from initial concept through to construction and completion - Produce high quality design packages, technical drawings and planting plans - Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout projects - Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery - Oversee project budgets, programmes and site implementation - Mentor, support and develop junior designers within the team - Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business - Travel throughout the UK and internationally as required The Company: Our client is a prestigious and award winning landscape and garden design practice with an outstanding reputation for creating atmospheric, plant led landscapes. The Candidate - Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Garden Design, Landscape Architecture or a related discipline - Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) status welcomed but not essential - 6–8 years' experience delivering high quality landscape or garden design projects - Exceptional design ability from concept development through to technical detailing and construction documentation - Strong horticultural knowledge with a passion for naturalistic and ecological planting design - Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace - Experience managing clients, contractors, consultants and multiple project stakeholders - Strong communication, organisational and project management skills - Ability to work independently, lead projects confidently and mentor junior team members - Proactive, commercially aware and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of a successful design practice - Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK The Package: - Competitive salary dependent on experience - Discretionary bonus scheme - Potential profit share opportunity for the right candidate - 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Additional birthday leave - Enhanced holiday entitlement linked to length of service - Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days per week in the London studio - Flexible working environment - Company laptop and mobile phone where required - Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities - Research trips and visits to exceptional gardens and landscape projects - Genuine opportunity to influence and grow within an ambitious and expanding design practice Please email your CV to Liam Davis, Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant, LDavis@agriRS.co.uk.
