Our team in Halifax currently has an opening for a Customer Services Advisor
About the role:
To contribute to the depot’s EBITDA by the efficient and effective handling and processing of customer orders
As the Customer Services Representative, it is your responsibility to:
1. Receipt and processing of customers’ orders onto M4 computer system.
2. Document of all relevant information from customer orders.
3. To check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders.
4. Regularly update information on system including maintenance of customer pricing records
5. Receive and process enquiries, and quotes, and ensure these are followed up.
6. Complete general administration which includes filing and external/internal post.
7. Create of delivery and shipping documentation.
8. Liaise with other sales staff to maximise sales opportunities.
9. Communication with customers regarding concessions and any other required information.
10. Document all customer complaints
11. Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the Site Manager
