Role Overview: The Renewables Breakdown Engineer will maintain and repair renewable energy installations, diagnose faults, provide technical support, and ensure safety standards are met. Collaboration with engineering and customer service teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair faults in renewable energy heating and hot water systems.
* Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
* Maintain high customer care standards.
* Communicate work updates and complete documentation accurately.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and COSHH.
* Manage stock and parts inventory efficiently.
Requirements & Attributes:
* Professional and friendly attitude, with strong relationship-building skills.
* Experience with renewable energy heating and hot water systems.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Gas qualifications are desirable.
* Valid UK driving license.
