Teaching assistant with Midday Assistant duties: £10314 - £10479 (NJC Scale 3 pro rata) and £820 to £833 (NJC Scale 1 pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am 3.30pm, term time only
Start date: 2nd September 2025

The successful candidate would be based in KS1, supporting learning with individual children and groups as required.
The successful candidate will:
be passionate about young children’s learning and wellbeing
be imaginative, creative and can use these skills to work alongside teaching staff
interact with children during planned and child- initiated play and activities
have recent experience of working with children in KS1 and leading learning e.g. Read Write Inc phonics
be committed to building excellent relationships with staff, children, parents and carers
relevant qualifications NVQ Level 3/Cache Level 3 or higher
be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
be friendly, approachable and have a good sense of humour
be able to work effectively as part of team.
