What you'll need to succeed
ECTs from the 2025 cohort or earlier are encouraged to apply. We look for Early Career Teachers who demonstrate:

* Readiness to thrive in various year groups and classroom environments, whether working on supply or in a long-term or permanent role
* Positive attitude
* Willingness to embrace challenges and contribute to a supportive team
You should have obtained or be working towards QTS or a relevant teaching qualification, and be able to provide references supporting your teaching experience, including university tutors and placements.
