Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker for a long-term role based in Fleetwood. Role Overview: You’ll be carrying out a range of general groundworks duties, supporting site operations and helping to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: General site groundwork Excavation and trench work Assisting with foundations and finishing works Operating hand tools and small plant where required Working alongside machine operators and other trades Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards Following instructions from supervisors and site management What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a groundworks role Ability to carry out a variety of civils tasks CSCS card (essential) CPCS/NPORS Dumper (desirable) Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Reliable and proactive approach on site Equal Opportunities Statement: Teamforce Labour is an equal opportunities employer.
