After School Club Leader/Assistant - Computing
We have exciting opportunities to join Jam Coding, delivering Computing/Coding Workshops for After School Clubs. Full training will be provided, no extensive prior knowledge needed.
This role suits Computing Students, Game Design students, Computing and Gaming enthusiasts, or retired/trainee teachers & TAs with experience working with children.
Ideal candidate should have:
* A positive attitude towards helping young people succeed through teamwork, confidence building, and exploration.
* Basic knowledge of IT/Computers. Training provided.
* Excellent communication skills, well-organized, punctual.
* Teaching, childcare, or TA qualifications, or experience with young people (or working towards).
* DBS clearance (can be arranged if successful).
* Driving license and car.
About us
We inspire young people to use technology positively, exploring areas like Minecraft, animation, coding, robotics, and more.
Flexible hours
Typically 15:00-17:00, Monday to Friday during school terms, with extra hours during holidays.
