Our particular specialization is supporting companies through IPOs and working with Investment Trusts.
You will manage a varied portfolio of clients, including high-profile listed companies, providing end-to-end support covering board responsibilities, statutory and regulatory compliance, governance, and best practice advice.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Attending client Board and Committee meetings in a minute-taking and advisory capacity, presenting relevant papers, and circulating minutes and actions promptly.
2. Advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2006, UK Listing Rules, DTRs, UK Corporate Governance Code, AIC Corporate Governance Code, AIM Rules, QCA Code of Corporate Governance, and Market Abuse Regulations.
3. Providing immediate Board-level exposure as a direct point of contact.
