Job summary
You will be required to deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet security-focused welcoming experience to all visitors, guests and employees.
Ensuring the safety and protection of people, property and information, always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment.
You will be the central point of contact for all Port Pass related matters, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises.
Working hours: 42 per week, covering 7 days a week
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous security environment experience and/or security awareness training is essential
* Excellent Customer Service experience
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Strong IT skills (MS Office)
* Have a flexible, professional attitude and adept at working under pressure
* Pro-active approach, whilst always maintaining discretion and confidentiality
* Self-aware and motivated, able to participate in teams fully to achieve results
* Previous experience of working within a visitor centre/systems would be an advantage
* Conflict management experience would also be an advantage
* Ability to work shifts including weekends

Salary: IRO £29k DOE
