Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a progressive and expanding law firm. Based from either Hove or Crawley (two of the firm's five offices across the South East), this is a key position within a dynamic team. You will be advising a diverse client base, from ambitious SMEs to established corporates, all within a supportive environment that proudly operates with no time recording requirements.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, company formations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply, service, and trading agreements.
* Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
* Providing non-contentious employment and TUPE advice.
* Assisting with sales of SPVs whose principal assets are real estate.
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
* Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals, where appropriate.
About You

* A qualified solicitor with 5+ years\' PQE in corporate and commercial law.
* Confident in handling a varied caseload independently.
* Commercially astute, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
* Skilled at building lasting client relationships.
* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to play a central role in the growth of the practice.
