About the Role:
The PwC UK and Network Treasurer leads treasury strategy across a complex, multi-entity structure, within both PwC UK and the wider PwC Network. Operating within Business Solutions Finance, the role ensures liquidity, funding, and financial risk management while maintaining compliance. It oversees cash flow forecasting, intercompany financing, external borrowing, and treasury systems. The role manages key external relationships and collaborates internally with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Network leads to align treasury operations with strategic goals. It supports sustainable growth and financial resilience across PwC UK and its global network, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement within a high-performing treasury team.
What your days will look like:
* Overseeing Liquidity and Cash Management initiatives
* Driving Funding Strategy and Capital Structure plan
* Ensuring Risk Management and Compliance to both internal policies and external regulation
* Banking and Treasury Operations including, Bank Relationship Management
* Upholding and advising on Treasury Policy and Governance
* Using Technology and Systems to best support day to day activities within the Finance team
This role is for you if:
* You have a demonstrable background in strategic financial leadership in a multinational or networked organisation.
* You have deep expertise in liquidity, funding, and risk management.
* Strong understanding of capital markets and treasury operations.
* Strong understanding of treasury systems and banking platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* High integrity and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with PwC's operating model or similar partnership structures
