About Harbour Beach Club
Officially launched in 2022, our stylish waterfront hotel and resort is right on the shores of Salcombe's South Sands Beach. Bringing the outside in, the beachfront restaurant features a seafood-inspired menu showcasing the best local produce in the region. An all-day dining affair, expect relaxed banquette seating. The restaurant includes a wrap-around terrace for lunch or dinner overlooking the water. The resort’s exclusive event space, featuring an outdoor-indoor flow, offers chic beachside vibes. With views over the water, this stunning space opens out onto the lower terrace for outside eating and drinking. Our Beach Club Spa features an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and five treatment rooms.

The Role
We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie, you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen, working to high standards. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
