Requirements
The duties of this position involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member concerning Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council. Please note: PVG records are continuously updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent, full-time position based at the Robert Burns Academy, within the Barony Campus, Cumnock. The role involves working 35 hours per week under the direction of the line manager.
