The role
This role supports the global sales delivery of the Account Management team, working closely with the Head of Account Management to ensure smooth operations across our Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts.
You will assist the Head of the Team with general operations, department communication, process optimization, documentation, data analytics, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
* Sales analytics & reporting – generate, maintain, and analyze Salesforce and Thoughtspot dashboards to support business reporting.
* Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly productivity reports, benchmarking team performance against core KPIs.
* Support team leaders with management reports in Salesforce, ensuring they are up to date.
* Implement reporting tools to help the Head of track team progress efficiently.
* Use CRM systems for data analysis of customer behaviors to identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies.
* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Work with Sedex Salesforce and data teams to ensure quality data maintenance, communicating new processes or changes.
* Support campaign planning, management, and execution, providing updates and statistics to the Head of department.
* Assist in developing customer use-cases for product and marketing improvements that enhance customer experience.
* Contribute to process and material improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Keep all documentation and folders updated, including guides, training materials, and strategy documents.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in sales administration or support roles.
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
* Proficiency with Salesforce and Thoughtspot, including report and dashboard management.
* Effective project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to change implementation.
* Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand needs and escalate issues.
* Excellent presentation skills and experience building relationships at decision-maker level.
* Proven ability to own tasks and drive results.
* Exceptional time management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
* Attention to detail and a hands-on delivery approach.
* High intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn continuously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools.
