Your Experience
* Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects
* Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, building regulations, and construction methodologies
* Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types
* Competent in ArchiCAD, or willingness to learn through structured training
* Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects
