As the agency continues to grow, the business is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social across both client accounts and the agency's channels. You will join a team of thinkers, creators, and doers who value autonomy, collaboration, and bold ideas.
The Role:
* Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of content across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
* Own monthly content calendars for a portfolio of clients (mainly B2B) aligned with their brand and business goals
* Lead creation of social-first assets such as carousels, Reels, and TikTok, using tools like CapCut
* Manage and mentor Social Media Executives, supporting their growth and content delivery
* Brief and work closely with designers and creators to ensure top-tier content
* Lead performance analysis and monthly reporting, identifying optimisations and key learnings
* Support and lead on social-first activations, influencer briefs, and content shoots as required
