About the Role
Based from our Milton Keynes Head Office, this full-time role focuses on the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of Single Family Homes across Milton Keynes, Bedford, Kent and Cambridge. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 450 homes, with regular travel to portfolio locations to carry out property inspections, move-ins, inventories and check-ins/check-outs, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and managed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, this is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being out on site, problem-solving, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Travel will be planned by location, allowing full days at individual sites rather than moving between locations.
