Role Description We're looking for an individual that shows attention to detail, enjoys taking initiative and possesses high emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will be encouraged to prioritise client delight over blindly meeting targets, will bring their own style and passion to the table, and will enjoy being an integral part of a close-knit, supportive team, working alongside the practice owner. Basic lab experience (repairs/adjustments, lens ordering & assembly of remote-edged jobs) is preferred but not essential; training & familiarisation on technology & practice management system (Optix) will be provided to bring the successful candidate up to speed.
