Overview
The Governors are looking to appoint a well‑organised, motivated, hard‑working and friendly Site Supervisor to join our team, contributing to the smooth running of the school. Coates Lane is a thriving school with beautiful outdoor areas. The total hours required for this post will be 20 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday over split hours.
This is a term‑time only position, with an additional 4 weeks to be worked during the school holidays throughout the year.
The hours will be discussed with the candidate; ideally we would be looking for someone to work 7.00–9.00 am and then 4.00–6.00 pm.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for general security of the building, general maintenance and repairs around the school, along with some decorating duties. Other duties will include daily opening and closing of the site and health & safety checks. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Selection Process
Closing date is Monday 24 November at noon. Shortlisting on Tuesday 25 November. Interviews will be carried out Monday 8 December.
