We are seeking a commercially astute and highly experienced Head of HR to lead the People function in a complex, unionised, multi-site environment. This senior leadership role requires proven expertise in M&A, TUPE, trade union negotiations, and employment relations, alongside strong operational HR leadership.

The role includes:
* Shaping and delivering a people strategy aligned to growth and organisational objectives.
* Acting as HR lead on M&A projects, including due diligence, TUPE, and integration.
* Leading ER matters, trade union relationships, consultations, and negotiations.
* Driving consistency in HR operations and compliance across multiple sites.
* Leading succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
The essentials:
* CIPD qualified.
* Extensive HR leadership experience in multi-site, unionised environments.
* Strong track record in M&A, TUPE, and union engagement.
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Skilled at influencing senior leaders and managing complex negotiations.
Details:
Location: Mainly remote, with travel to Porthmadog sites as required
Reports to: Managing Director
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 plus benefits
