Beaudesert has been delivering unforgettable outdoor experiences for over 60 years. From school residentials to corporate away days, we pride ourselves on making the process simple, enjoyable and impactful for every group we work with. We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused individual to join our team and play a key role in driving bookings while delivering excellent customer service on-site.


The Role

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining sales, customer service and day‑to‑day front‑of‑house support.

You’ll be reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager and supporting with the Sales & Marketing strategy. You will be responsible for both responding to incoming enquiries and proactively reaching out to schools and organisations to generate new business. We are a tight knit team and all jump in with tasks that might need doing to help ensure that we continue to deliver excellent customer service – this means that we need someone who will help on reception, answer the main phone line and help in the on‑site shop when needed.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

* Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into bookings
* Proactively contact schools and organisations to generate new leads
* Build relationships with teachers, group leaders, and returning customers
* Prepare quotes and follow up opportunities


Customer Service & General Support

* Answer the main phone line and manage general enquiries
* Support reception duties, welcoming visitors and groups
* Assist in the on‑site shop when required
* Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Beaudesert experience
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries and bookings
* Support the wider team during busy periods
* Assist with marketing tasks (e.g., social media, email marketing campaigns) when needed


What We’re Looking For

* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
* Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
* Friendly, approachable people person and customer‑focused
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
* Able to multitask in a busy, varied environment
* Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
* Experience working with schools or group bookings (desirable, but not required)
