Support the social, emotional, and physical development of each child. Work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child's needs are met. Observe and track the progress of children, maintaining accurate records. Promote positive behaviour and encourage teamwork and respect among the children. Requirements: QTS Experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Passionate about child development and early education. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
