About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Account Manager
to support and grow client relationships, assist in driving revenue growth, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a keen listener, likes problem solving for clients, excited about generating new opportunities and looking to build a solid career in sales and account management within a very dynamic professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management (50%)
* Act as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
* Maintain pro-active and regular communication with clients regarding service updates, renewals, billing, invoicing and delivery.
* Monitor account activity and respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate with the consulting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Address delivery delays or service issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
* Update CRM system, and keep accurate records of client interactions.
* Create and send quotes via our CRM system and follow up for Purchase Orders or email confirmations.
* Coordinate with the Finance team for timely invoicing.
Business Development (40%)
* Identify potential clients and emerging opportunities for cybersecurity services in healthcare, defence and finance sectors using industry tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Develop new relationships using email, phone, online and in-person meetings.
* Bring relevant technical expertise from within RightCue to business development calls.
* Develop pre-sales presentations using already existing templates.
Management Support (10%)
* Assist Operations Director in executing strategic sales and pricing plans.
* Prepare sales presentations, reports, and forecasts for management review.
* Contribute to team meetings with insights, data, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the marketing initiatives including promoting social media content, newsletters and website visits.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferably in IT Services
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks under deadlin
Nice to Have:
* Cybersecurity experience
* Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments.
* Familiarity with sales pipeline management and lead generation tools.
* Prior experience working with cross-functional teams.
