Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday) Salary: £26,549.63 (£13.62/hr)
Desirable: Driving license – mobility between schemes is essential
Role Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Housing Caseworker (Floating Support) to join our dynamic team. This is a vital frontline role, supporting individuals at risk of homelessness across Leeds. You’ll manage a caseload of 20 clients, delivering tailored support to help them sustain tenancies and access vital services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver person-centred housing support, helping clients resettle and avoid eviction
2. Provide outreach support at clients' homes, helping with tenancy sustainment and wellbeing
3. Address complex needs including mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and dementia
4. Work independently in the field, using trauma-informed and psychologically informed practices
