SENIOR CONFERENCE PRODUCER £35-40k plus
Our client UK-based business information, publishing and events company serving the supply chain and logistics markets as well as transport and technology.
They are currently looking to hire an experienced Conference Producer to work on existing and new conferences, both UK-based and international in nature.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Researching markets and speakers
o Writing conference programmes
o Liaising with speakers
o Venue scouting/identification
o Identifying key stakeholders in industry
o Working closely with sales and marketing to ensure commercial success
o Working with editorial to identify speakers
o Working with the rest of the company to identify new markets
EXPERIENCE
o Degree qualified, ideally with a relevant qualification
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Previous conference production experience
o Proficient in social media
o Highly numerate
o Strong analytical skills
o Strong MS Office skills
