Our client, is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Events Executive to join their collaborative Brand Engagement and Customer Experience team. You’ll work closely with a second Events Executive, a Client Delivery Manager, and other teams to deliver first-class corporate events and hospitality across the South West. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ End-to-End Event Management – Lead the planning and delivery of organisation-hosted events and corporate hospitality from concept to post-event feedback ✔ Creative Collaboration – Develop engaging event concepts alongside internal stakeholders. ✔ Logistics & Coordination – Oversee venues, budgets, suppliers, presentation materials, and on-the-day support ✔ Client Engagement – Identify and coordinate the orgnaistaion's presence at external industry events ✔ Insight-Led Planning – Use marketing and client data to inform event targeting and boost attendance ✔ Innovation & Research – Support new event initiatives and stay ahead of the competition through regular research and analysis What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator who builds great relationships with colleagues and clients A minimum of 2 years’ experience in event management, ideally in a professional services setting Solid understanding of the local events landscape in the South West Highly organised with excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Commercially astute, with a passion for creating client-focused experiences Ideally educated to degree level or with a relevant qualification in events or marketing Why You’ll Love This Role: ✅ Purpose-led culture ✅ Hybrid working & flexibility ✅ Clear development pathway ✅ Community impact – Three additional paid days for volunteering and charity support ✅ Inclusive, people-first environment Ready to shape unforgettable experiences that strengthen client relationships and brand impact?
