We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to help us scale multiple elite teams across our business, with a strong focus on creative, marketing, and growth roles. Our positions are fully remote, so this role requires someone comfortable hiring internationally and assessing candidates for remote readiness. We need someone who has previously recruited on behalf of clients or businesses, not just internally, and understands how to move fast while maintaining hiring quality. Your job is to design, run, and continuously improve a hiring system that consistently attracts and selects top-tier talent. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires across roles such as content creators, designers, editors, media buyers, marketers, and other performance-driven positions. You need to hire right, not just hire fast.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across creative, marketing, and operational teams
Source talent through various job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Build a repeatable hiring pipeline for roles, reduce time-to-hire, and deliver quality hires that pass probation
Demonstrated experience hiring for remote roles across different time zones
Screen candidates for skill, experience, and culture fit
Implement structured interviews and scorecards
Support hiring managers through the decision process
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet hiring timelines
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the process
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Partner
Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting for remote roles across a variety of positions for clients and external businesses
Strong background hiring for creative, marketing, or digital roles
Experience in hiring for specialist roles, and not just generalists only
Ability to manage high-volume and fast-paced hiring needs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience recruiting for startups, e-commerce, or performance marketing teams
Familiarity with creative workflows and digital marketing environments
Experience with ATS tools and structured hiring processes
