A top-ranked Legal 500 and Chambers firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join their Canterbury office. You will manage a diverse caseload covering private law children, divorce/financial matters, domestic abuse, and unmarried/cohabitation disputes, including legal aid and private paying work.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle own caseload and conduct advocacy where required.
* Manage divorce, finances, private law children, domestic abuse, and cohabitation disputes.
* Generate private paying work alongside legal aid matters.
* Work independently while contributing to a collaborative multi-office team.
Requirements
* 4+ years PQE in Family Law.
* Confident advocacy skills and able to manage own cases.
* Experience with legal aid and private paying clients.
* Ability to build client relationships and generate business.
* Professional, proactive, and collaborative.
