Refrigeration Engineer
Location – Covering area between North London and Ipswich
Contract – Permanent
Salary – Up to £45,000 per annum dependent upon experience
To work, within the overall operation of our clients Refrigeration Services, being part of a team of Engineers responsible for all refrigeration maintenance and support for our clients Retail Stores. Providing cover 24 hours 365 days of a year. To provide Technical competence and innovation to ensure delivery of best service value comparable with the best in the industry.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. To recommend Technical Improvements and more efficient ways of working.
2. To work with Retail Colleagues to ensure best Customer Services practise by the team.
3. To maintain/keep abreast of the industry/other Contractors/Suppliers to enable our client to remain a Premium Service Provider.
KEY RESULT AREAS
4. Carrying out refrigeration engineering activities to agreed standards and priorities, working with minimal supervision.
5. Supervising less experienced colleagues and take responsibility for the overall technical quality of their work.
6. Maintain and review van stock holding on a regular basis.
7. Work within and comply with all company procedures, processes, and working practices.
8. Carry out any reasonable request from colleagues and management.
