Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next opportunity? I am working with a school in Nottingham who are seeking a confident, organised Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Welcoming visitors and managing sign‑in procedures in line with safeguarding.
Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
Updating pupil and staff records, including attendance, using systems such as SIMS/Arbor and Microsoft Office.
Supporting daily admin tasks such as filing, organising resources, and ordering stationery.
Providing reprographics support, including printing and photocopying.
Ensuring all work follows safeguarding, GDPR, and confidentiality procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Previous school‑based experience in a similar role
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A proactive, professional attitude with clear communication skills
A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
