Class1 Personnel are seeking a School Chef to work within the Suffolk area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef seeking structured daytime hours within a rewarding environment
£16.00 per hour Mon to Fri - on going - WEEKLY PAID
The school Chef will be supported by 2 G.A.'s serving approx. 150 covers
Level 3 food hygiene certificate is preferred. Must have an Enhanced DBS
The role of the School Chef, entails -
* Preparing and cooking nutritious meas for pupils and staff
* Managing Kitchen operations during service
* Ensuring all food safety, hygiene and allergen standards are adhered to
* Maintaining a clean, safe and well organised kitchen
The School Chef should have -
* at least 1-years experience of a chef or cook within a professional environment
* Level 2 or above in Food Safety and Hygiene
* An Enhanced Child DBS, or be prepared to under-go one
