The Job Role
o Human Resources Manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel
o To work closely with the General Manager and Regional HR Director to deliver the people strategy.
o Responsible for hiring, onboarding, compliance, grievances, disciplinary and team welfare, managing a team of two.
o Proactive and reactive training
o Responsible for around circa 200 employees in the hotel

o Basic salary of £35,000 per annum

The Requirements
o Experience within a hospitality Human Resources generalist Management role.
o A keen interest in staff welfare/training/recruitment with experience in one of these areas.
o Outstanding communication skills
o The Human Resources Manager will be passionate about hospitality and will be the ambassador of the hotel
o A strong individual with a resilient and positive 'can do' attitude.
