An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter to join this well-established business based in Sutton in Ashfield on a permanent basis as a Sales & Procurement Administrator.
Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and communicating with designated customer accounts and to manage all communication with customers on these accounts
2. Liaise with the Sales Director and Sales managers on an as required basis
3. Obtain sales forecasts from customers and to work with the Company’s buying function to ensure that orders are placed with suppliers in line with these forecasts and on-going customer demand
4. Assist the Sales Director and Sales managers in administering samples and with day-to-day sales related activities
5. Manage all day-to-day communications with designated customer accounts, including but not limited to price increases, delivery queries and any customer complaints and to ensure that all communication to them is delivered in a timely and professional manner
6. Build and maintain successful and long-lasting relationships with customers, to understand their needs and to use these relationships to assist in maintaining sales to them through increased volumes of current products and by identifying opportunities for new products
