Payroll Manager
Work with a leading public sector organisation leading the payroll team
Main responsibilities include:
* Leading a successful team by managing the complex payroll of over 16000 employees across multiple sites.
* Accurately process statutory payments.
* Fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders.
* Authorising BACS, summary reports and analyses.
* Analysing data and providing insights.
* Submitting accurate/timely tax filings.
* Overseeing accurate P60’s and P11d’s.
* Partnering with IT on system upgrades.
Additional requirements
* Inhouse high volume payroll experience essential.
* Complex manual calculations. Essential
* CIPP Foundation Degree minimum.
