This is an exciting opportunity to lead an inclusive, compassionate, and high-achieving specialist provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

You will be expected to: Leadership and Management
* Lead and inspire a passionate school team to deliver outstanding SEND education and therapeutic care;
* Drive continuous improvement through effective self-evaluation and strategic leadership;
* Ensure compliance with DfE and Ofsted standards, maintaining high expectations across all areas;
* Model reflective, inclusive leadership that promotes accountability and shared success;
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and wellbeing for all pupils and staff.
Collaboration and Communication
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies;
* Promote open and transparent communication across the school community;
* Represent the school with professionalism and integrity within the wider education network.

* Champion high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum;
* Empower and develop staff through performance management and targeted CPD;
* Manage resources effectively to ensure sustainable impact and value for money.
We are looking for a leader who:
* Is an experienced and inspiring school leader, ideally with a background in SEND or specialist education;
* Has a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils;
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills;
* Is passionate about developing staff, empowering teams, and fostering a supportive, high-performing culture;
