Job Title: Science Teacher (SEMH School)
Location: West Bromwich
Pay Rate: £162.31 - £251.71 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Smart Education is recruiting a passionate and experienced Science Teacher to support secondary school pupils in West Bromwich. This role is based in a Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) PRU setting, where you will help students overcome barriers to learning while inspiring a love for science.
About the Role:
You will join a dedicated team in a supportive educational environment, delivering tailored science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Responsibilities include:
Adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching science at secondary level, ideally within an SEMH setting.
A pupil-centred approach, demonstrating flexibility and enthusiasm.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
