Catalent's Dartford site is a center of excellence in particle size reduction and integrated analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry. Equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including capabilities for highly potent and cytotoxic compound handling at commercial scale, our facility supports the full product lifecycle—from early-stage development to market release.
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to support our Operations team in meeting regulatory requirements and delivering world-class pharmaceutical services.
Working Hours
You’ll rotate between the following weekly shifts:
1. Week 1: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
2. Week 2: Monday – Friday, 13:30 – 22:00 & Friday: 13:30 – 19:00
The Role:
3. Provide continuous QA support for operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
4. Oversee batch record review, including supervision of Statement of Work (SOW) assessments and analysis of manufacturing and QC testing data
5. Lead or participate in investigations of customer complaints and corrective actions (CAPA)
6. Ensure services meet all regulatory and client-specific quality standards
7. Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and maintain the highest standards of product integrity
The Candidate:
8. A strong background in GMP environments
9. Knowledge of EU, US, and global regulatory frameworks
10. Familiarity with QMS and API manufacturing processes
11. The ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and take initiative
12. Batch review QA experience - Desirable
13. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication abilities
14. Confidence making timely decisions and influencing cross-functional teams
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
