Project Officer - Fleet Services Based at Alltami Depot with hybrid working Full Time Contract 37 hours per week Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving projects forward? Were looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fleet Project Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering projects that support efficient, sustainable and high-performing fleet services. As a Fleet Project Officer, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of fleet-related projects across Flintshire County Council. Working closely with the Fleet Manager and a wide range of stakeholders, you will manage projects from initial conception through to implementation and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. You will develop project plans, schedules and risk registers, monitor progress, produce reports, and help deliver fleet optimisation, environmental sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives. Using your problem-solving skills, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and help shape practical solutions that make a real difference to service delivery. With proven experience in a project management role, you will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or have equivalent relevant experience and ideally hold a recognised project management qualification. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, be confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office, and be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
