Team/Role Overview
Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.
A role within Markets Operations means that you will have a global reach, in a supportive environment which will provide you with new experiences and development opportunities. You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model.
The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client transactions.
What you’ll do
* Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
* Generate and match trade in accordance with policies and legislation
* Complete tasks accurately and on time to meet deadlines
* Identify discrepancies within transactions and work with the appropriate department to form a solution
* Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
What we’ll need from you
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Experience in Microsoft packages
* Strong risk management and control mindset
* Self-reliant, good problem solver, results orientated.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Strong teamwork skills
