* Loaded miles start at $0.66 CPM
* Average weekly earnings: $1400 to $1600+
* Minimum transition pay: $1200 for the first 6 weeks
* Home time: OTR drivers are home every 10 to 14 days (or longer if you choose)
* Weekend premium: $75.00 for each weekend day after your first solo load
* Sign-on bonus: $12,500 for new drivers
* Crossing pay: $75.00 for Canada drivers

Your Responsibilities
As a driver, you will:
* Safely operate company vehicles while focusing on efficiency
* Deliver goods to required destinations, adhering to customer requirements
* Maintain accurate Elogs and follow FMCSA rules and regulations
* Complete trip reports and other necessary documentation
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you should meet the following requirements:
* Valid Class A CDL in your state
* 12+ months of tractor-trailer experience
* Over 21 years of age
* Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
* Good MVR and a safe driving record
* Tanker endorsement required (we will reimburse if hired)
* Passports are beneficial (not required), and we will reimburse if hired
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
