Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and weing schools across the Northampton area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom while developing your skills within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
2. Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
3. Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
4. Support pupils withmunication, sensory, and emotional development.
5. Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We’re Looking For
6. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
7. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
8. Previous experience working with children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties is highly desirable.
9. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
