DSC Nutrition is a growing UK manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, producing tablets, capsules and powders for customers across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Pre-Sales Assistant to support new enquiries, understand customer requirements, and help move opportunities through to order placement with accuracy and professionalism.
The Role
Handle inbound customer enquiries and identify product requirements across vitamins, supplements, and nutritional products.
Assess whether an enquiry is ready to move to order or whether a quotation is required.
Support customers with clear, informed communication throughout the early stages of the sales process.
Accurately process approved orders and ensure all key information is recorded correctly.
Work closely with internal teams to hand over confirmed orders for production and quality review.
About You
Confident communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
Customer-focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries accurately.
A genuine interest in vitamins, supplements, health products or the wider wellness sector.
Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.
Previous experience in nutrition, supplements, wellness, personal training, sales support or a related field would be advantageous.

Pay: 14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
