* Were looking for a Management Partner who is adaptable and flexible. Youll know how to integrate each guest segment and what they desire from your pub.
* Youll be a proactive planner, continuously reviewing your success and making tweaks to get the best sales. Youll take the opportunity to tap into various annual events and use them to entice relevant guest segments.
* Youll also be creative, willing to take risks and try new things to drive more footfall to your destination pub.
