* Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures and safe working practices.
* Lead the warehouse team on shift to achieve high levels of dispatch accuracy and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise team members, directing daily activities and managing performance, attendance, and training needs.
* Ensure all dispatch documentation and customs paperwork are completed accurately and provided to carriers at the point of loading.
* Ensure all loads are dispatched on time in full while supporting continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
Warehouse Shift LeaderEssential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Strong attention to detail with good numerical skills to ensure stock and system accuracy.
* Good working knowledge of warehouse systems and general computer literacy.
* Understanding of warehouse processes including FIFO, housekeeping standards (5S), and Health & Safety.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
