Central Employment are working in partnership with a growing FMCG brand, as they look to appoint a creative Social Media & Community Manager, based from there Northallerton facility.
Social Media & Community Manager profile:
You’ll keep conversations flowing with our wholesale partners and coffee subscribers, create engaging and high-quality content for social media.
This role blends creativity and connection from crafting beautiful Instagram reels to responding to customer messages with warmth and speed, to finding new ways to expand our reach both online and in person. You’ll have the freedom to try new ideas, test creative campaigns, and develop our TikTok presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities of the Social Media & Community Manager:
* Creating engaging, authentic, and on-brand content for Instagram and TikTok (including reels, stories, and posts)
* Responding quickly and helpfully to incoming messages, comments, and customer queries
* Coming up with fresh ideas to grow our online community and deepen connections with existing fans
* Organising your time and priorities to balance creative work with community management
* Staying on top of social media trends and using them in ways that fit our voice and values
Experience required:
* 3+ yrs within a FMCG focused business, or Social Media & Community agency, focusing on delivering engaging Social Media campaigns
* Loves creating content, with a good eye for photography, video, and storytelling
* Understands Instagram and TikTok trends, and how to make them work for a brand with purpose
* Can juggle multiple conversations, projects, and deadlines without losing focus
